2023 World Boxing Championship quarter-finalist Igor Sviridchenkov said the Victory Cup would be his first competition after the tournament in the capital of Uzbekistan.

Sviridchenkov on Thursday, as part of the Tula team, will take part in the second stage of the Victory Cup as part of the Sports Games of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF). The Russian Championship will take place in August in Khabarovsk.
