The Swedish heavyweight boxer chose his favorite in the fight for the title of absolute world champion.

Otto Wallin considers Tyson Fury the favorite in the upcoming fight with Oleksandr Usyk. The Swedish boxer, commenting on the upcoming fight, first of all noted the dimensions of the WBC title holder. Although the Scandinavian did not write the Ukrainian boxer as a prominent outsider.

“My choice is that Fury will win, he should be the favorite. Tyson is a very cool, great boxer, and I think he will win. And the fight should be interesting. Usyk is a skilled left-hander. We’ll see what he shows, but Fury is the real favorite.

I heard out of the blue that Usyk had previously discussed some injuries. Now he says he needs 14 weeks of camp. Yes, you need to start practicing, there is no room for excuses. Unless there are real injuries that will prevent him from fighting. But you never know when you’re dealing with guys like that,” said Wallin in an interview with Seconds Out.

We remind you that the fight between Usik and Fury can take place on December 23 or in January in Saudi Arabia.

In the past, Fury has said that he doesn’t care about the title of absolute champion.
