Athletistic/Boxing. Russian boxer Soslan Asbarov has been disqualified for six years for violating anti-doping rules.

“Soslan Asbarov has been disqualified for six years for anti-doping rule violations. This will be officially announced soon.

The result of his fight with Alexei Papin has been canceled. When considering the case, Asbarov stated that he did not use the banned drugs found in his sample,” a source told TASS.

Asbarov is 31 years old and undefeated in the professional ring, with five victories to his name, including one by knockout. He had previously beaten his compatriots Dmitry Kudryashov and Papin. Additionally, Asbarov is known for his performances in fist fights, where he achieved six undefeated victories and became the champion of the hardcore boxing league. As an amateur, Asbarov fought more than 200 fights, was a member of the Russian youth team and received the title of international master of sports.
