The New Zealand boxer is good friends with the former world heavyweight champion.
Tyson Fury is not worried about his defeat by Oleksandr Usik in the fight for the title of absolute champion of the world. New Zealand heavyweight Joseph Parker, who is a good friend of the Briton, assures us of this.
According to the boxer, the former world champion is now spending time with his family and mentally preparing for the second fight with the Ukrainian in December.
“That’s why we are boxers, to always have confidence in ourselves, no matter what happens. He is in a good mood now, very happy with his family and will do everything to prepare for the fight that will take place in December, I think Tyson will pull himself and will finish what he started,” Parker told Seconds Out.
We remind you that Oleksandr Usyk defeated Tyson Fury by split decision and became the first absolute heavyweight champion since 1999.
Earlier, Usik’s promoter denied rumors about the Ukrainian’s retirement.
