The interim champion said who he considers the favorite for the rematch between the Briton and the Ukrainian.
Tyson Fury will defeat Alexander Usik in a rematch. This is what the interim WBO heavyweight champion Joseph Parker said.
The New Zealander, who is close friends with the British boxer, believes the former WBC title holder is learning from his first fight loss.
“Fury is very capable. He can adapt to anything, whether in training or in a fight. I know he will find a way to improve this camp. He had a good training camp before the first fight, but he knows how to improve all.
Fury will do his job by the end of the year. Tyson knows what he needs to do to come back and put on a good performance. He will win,” Parker told iFL TV.
We remind you that Oleksandr Usyk defeated Tyson Fury by split decision and became the first absolute heavyweight champion since 1999.
Previously, Parker spoke about Fury’s condition after Usik’s loss.
