Former WBA and IBO light heavyweight champion Bivol’s manager Vadim Kornilov said the Russian boxing team had submitted a request for a rematch with Beterbiev. Information about the filing of a rematch request was confirmed by lawyer Patrick English, who represents the interests of Bivol.
