Former world super bantamweight champion Israel Vazquez has passed away at the age of 46.
WBC President Mauricio Sulaiman announced the news.
“Thank you, Israel, for so many good memories you gave us with your actions in the ring, but most importantly – outside of it. You are eternal now, rest in peace, everything will be fine.”
