Hearn: I don’t see Usyk losing even a round to Wilder

The Ukrainian called the American his possible rival

Promoter Eddie Hearn commented on a potential fight between the WBA/WBO/IBF/IBO champion Oleksandr Usyk and former WBC champion Deontay Wilder.

“I think [Усик – Уайлдер] good fight. However, I think the Saudis will want a unification fight [между Фьюри и Усиком]but it won’t happen anytime soon if we do a Fury-Joshua fight, so we’ll see. I don’t see Usyk losing even a round to Deontay Wilder, but at the same time, Wilder has the ability to create problems for everyone.”

Earlier, Wilder’s manager Shelly Finkel commented on the possibility of a fight between his client and Usyk.

In his last fight for the WBA/WBO/IBF/IBO heavyweight title, Oleksandr Usyk defeated Anthony Joshua. Following the results of all twelve rounds, Alexander defeated Joshua by a split decision: 115-113, 116-112 and 113-115.

The Ukrainian said that Wilder could become his next opponent. The fight could take place in the US. In addition, Usyk plans to watch the fight between Wilder and Robert Helenius on October 8 in Brooklyn.
