A well-known promoter does not believe the Ukrainian world champion in a potential fight with an American.
Usyk has no chance against Wilder if such a fight takes place. Well-known promoter Bob Arum thinks so.
According to the functionary, the Ukrainian holder of the WBA, WBO, IBF and IBO titles cannot handle the American because he is too small. And the former world champion may only need one punch to win the fight.
“Let Wilder not win a round, but I don’t want to fight his worst enemy, because Deontay showed in the fights with Fury that he is a very tough opponent.
In their third fight, Fury confidently defeated Wilder, when Deontay suddenly knocked Tyson down twice. Of course, then Fury came to his senses and fired him, but Wilder was too underestimated.
I think Usyk is too small for Wilder and he certainly doesn’t hit like Deontay does. I love Wilder’s perspective in this fight,” Arum told Boxing News 24.
It can be remembered that earlier, another well-known promoter, Eddie Hearn, said that Usyk could easily defeat Wilder if their fight were to take place.
