Team Spirit, which includes Russian e-sportspeople, received an invitation to the Dota 2 The International 2024 tournament, Valve reports.
There are six teams on the invitation list: Team Spirit, Xtreme Gaming, Team Falcons, Team Liquid, Gladiators and BetBoom Team.
A total of 16 teams will participate in the tournament and ten additional places will compete in the regional qualifying competitions.
TI-2024 will be held in September in Copenhagen. The championship prize fund is not disclosed.
Team Spirit became international champions twice (2021 and 2023).
