The Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) in Lausanne (Switzerland) will examine on November 17 the request of Olea Sports Capital LLC concerning CSKA according to the CAS press service.
“Olea Sports Capital” had previously tried to have the RFU recognize the existence of the agreement on the provision of intermediary services to the club and the need to pay remuneration. However, the procedure was abandoned.
— Terminate the proceedings on the request of Olea Sports Capital to recognize the existence of the Contract for the provision of mediation services, to recognize the mediation services rendered, to disclose the amount of remuneration, on the obligation to pay the amount of compensation on the basis of the RFU Rules for the settlement of disputes, — said in a message in January this year, published on the website of the RFU.
