Ronaldo met with Bayern representatives last week – media

Offensive “Manchester United” Cristiano Ronaldo and his agent Jorge Mendes met with representatives of Munich bavaria last week according to the Daily Mail.

According to the publication, the parties in England discussed the possible transfer of the player. In July, the German club’s managing director Oliver Kahn confirmed a move for Ronaldo was being considered but said the Portuguese did not fit the team’s “philosophy”.

On Monday night The Sun published an interview with the 37-year-old footballer, in which he said Manchester United had betrayed him and he himself had no respect for head coach Eric ten Hag. According to ESPN, after outrageous statements by striker ten Hag, during a meeting with Manchester United leaders, he said that Ronaldo should no longer play for the team.

Ronaldo played for Manchester United from 2003 to 2009, and the Portuguese returned to Manchester last summer. In total, the striker played 346 games for the team, scoring 145 goals.
