The plane with the Argentina national team players landed at Buenos Aires airport in the city of Ezeiza, according to TyC Sports.
The players arrived home around 2:20 a.m. local time (8:20 a.m. Moscow time). The flight from Qatar was briefly delayed due to festivities.
The Argentina national team became world champions on Sunday after defeating the French team in the final of the tournament (3:3, 4:2 – on penalties). This is the third league title for the Albiceleste.
