The Russian Premier League and the Russian Football Union congratulated “Orenburg with access to the elite division.
“Congratulations to Orenburg on his return to the RPL,” the RFU said in a statement.
The Premier League press service joined in the congratulations of the colleagues.
Orenburg left the RPL at the end of the 2019/20 season, in the last FNL championship, the Orenburg team took third place.
On Saturday, in the return play-off, “Orenburg” beat “Ufa with the score 2:1. In the first match, the teams played a draw, 2:2.
