Ukrainian midfielder scored Shakhtar’s first goal against Rennes
Manchester United striker Marcus Rashford recognized as the best player in the first matches of the playoffs Europa League.
The striker scored in Manchester United’s away match with Barcelona (2:2). In total, Marcus landed five shots against the Blue Garnet goal in the bout. Second place in the fan poll Axel Disasi (Monaco), the third – Lucas Ocampos (Seville).
Shakhtar’s midfielder also entered the list of the best Dmitry Kryskivranked fourth in the poll. In the first match of the 1/16 finals of the Europa League against Rennes (2:1), Kryskiv scored the Pitmen’s first goal and took part in the attack, which led to a penalty kick against the opponent.
The return matches of the 1/16 Europa League will be held on February 23. Manchester United will host Barcelona at home, while Shakhtar will go to France for the match against Rennes.
