“I never wanted to leave Dynamo” – Anton Shunin

Goalie “Dynamo” Anton Shunin said he never wanted to leave the Moscow club, despite incoming offers.

Shunin, who turned 36 in January, graduated from Dynamo and has spent his entire professional career at the club. He has 336 games for the main team.

– In my career there were offers from different clubs, including Russian and foreign ones. I never wanted to leave, I’m so grateful to the club for giving me the opportunity to play here. I always dreamed of playing at least one game for the club.

As a child, I asked my father: will I go down in club history if I only play one game? He said yes, you will. My dream was just to get into the app, and now I’ve already played more than 300 matches and I’m not going to stop there,” Shunin said in an interview with Football Skating with Evgenia Medvedeva, who was published by Dynamo Press. service.

Dynamo’s season will resume on February 23 with a guest match against Samara’s Krylya Sovetov in the quarter-finals of the RPL FONBET Cup of Russia. Watch the live broadcast of the match starting at 2:55 p.m. (Moscow time) on the channel, as well as on the matchtv.ru and sportbox.ru sites.
