Midfielder “Orenburg” Stepan Hovhannisyan told RB Sport he was happy to stay at the club.
Earlier, Orenburg president Vasily Eremyakin told that the club bought Oganesyan from Spartak, signing a three-year contract.
– I’m glad I stayed in Orenburg – it’s a good club where you can progress and achieve success. How to evaluate the season? If we talk about the team, I think it’s been a good season – we took 7th place. Of course, it was possible to climb even higher, there is always room to grow. For me, this is my first full season in the Premier League. Of course, you still want to play and show your best side. But I’m also happy with the time I got,” Hovhannisyan said.
Hovhannisyan is 21 years old, last season the midfielder played 20 games in the WORLD RPL, during which he scored two goals and made one assist.
