The salary of the Ukrainian will be two million euros
Ukrainian midfielder Marseille Ruslan Malinovsky one step closer to the transition to Torino.
The midfielder has agreed a contract with the Bulls until 2026. Ruslan’s salary will be two million euros per season.
At the same time, the Ukrainian refused a transfer to Besiktas. The Turkish giant offered Malinovsky a more lucrative contract than Torino, but the Ukrainian expressed a desire to return to Serie A.
Recall that the Bulls initially offered Marseille the option of a lease with the option to buy for 10 million euros. However, now Torino plans to reduce the amount of the ransom of the Ukrainian.
The 30-year-old Ukrainian was not included in Marseille’s application for the Champions League qualification matches. Malinovsky in January moved to Marseille from Atalanta on loan.
In July, the French club activated the option to buy out the Ukrainian’s contract. Ruslan’s contract with Marseille is calculated until the summer of 2026.
Malinovsky played 23 matches for Olimpik in all competitions last season. The Ukrainian scored two goals in them and gave one assist.
Torino will start the new season in Serie A on 21 August against Cagliari.
