Manchester United have announced that they have signed a new title sponsor, Snapdragon. The £60 million-a-year deal is said to be the biggest in football history.
Snapdragon is a manufacturer of software used in premium products from major brands. It will be advertised on Manchester United shirts from the 2024/25 season.
The club benefited greatly from the new contract, having received “only” £47 million a year from its previous title sponsor.
Let us remember that last summer the Red Devils announced a new contract with technical sponsor Adidas. According to it, Manchester United will receive at least 90 million pounds a year. This partnership will be the largest in the history of the Premier League.
Manchester United are in 11th place in the Premier League with six points. In the next round the Red Devils will play Brighton on September 16th.
