Rugby World Cup 2023. Victories for Ireland, Wales and Samoa in the second round

Three more matches took place at the world championship

Three matches of the second round took place on September 16 2023 Rugby World Cup.

In the opening match of the game day, the team Samoa won Chile — 43:10. This is the second defeat of the Chileans in the tournament; they previously lost to Japan (12:42).

Wales won their second victory in Group C, beating Portugal – 28:8. For the Portuguese this was the first match at the 2023 World Cup.

Ireland did not experience any problems in the match with the national team Tonga — 59:16. In the first round, the Irish defeated Romania (82:8).

On Sunday, September 17, South Africa – Romania, Australia – Fiji and England – Japan will play at the 2023 World Cup. The start of the gaming day is at 16:00 Kyiv time.

The world championship in France runs from September 8 to October 28. The current world champion is the South African team.
