Athletistic/Football. Le Havre midfielder Daler Kuzyaev has spoken about his adaptation to life in France. The 30-year-old Russian joined the Ligue 1 club from Zenit Saint Petersburg in the summer of 2023.

“I love living in France. Now a new stage of my life has begun, which I am very happy with. I have already started learning French, and it is not very difficult, although it has its own nuances. Now everything is fine!” » — said Kuzyaev in an interview with Prime Video.

Daler Kuzyaev has been playing for Zenit since 2017. Last season, he played 26 matches in the RPL, scoring five goals and providing six assists. He is a five-time Russian champion, two-time winner of the Super Cup and winner of the National Cup. This season, Daler has made five appearances for Le Havre in Ligue 1 and scored two goals.

At the end of the 2022/2023 season, Le Havre becomes winner of Ligue 2 and enters the elite division of French football. Before that, the last time Le Havre played in Ligue 1 was during the 2008/2009 season.
