HR Wisdom Summit was held on September 14 at DTEK Academy and brought together more than 30 HR directors of the country’s leading companies
FAVBET received the award for the best corporate culture among Ukrainian companies at the HR Wisdom Summit – an annual conference of leaders of the HR community of Ukraine from the ekonomika+ bureau, a publication delo.ua and the magazine “TOP-100. Ratings of the biggest.”
This year, the HR Wisdom Summit was held on September 14 at the DTEK Academy and brought together more than 30 HR directors of the country’s leading companies, who shared their own experience of effective human capital management during the war.
During the event, they talked about the main challenges that businesses face today: maintaining talent, reintegrating veterans into corporate life, and properly using the experience of specialists returning from abroad.
HR Director of FAVBET Sergey Koshil in his speech “The Impact of the IV Industrial Revolution on the Labor Market” touched upon the main trends shaping the modern labor market in Ukraine and the world.
As a result of the event, FAVBET received the “Best Corporate Culture” award, which at the HR Wisdom Summit recognizes companies that have the best conditions for working and developing talents.
