Ukraine retained 22nd position in the FIFA rankings

A number of changes in the top 10: the progress of England, Belgium and the Netherlands, the fall of Brazil and Portugal

Ukrainian national team retained 22nd place in the updated ranking FIFA.

Having scored 4.02 points in November, the blue-yellows came even closer to Iran, Senegal, Denmark and Switzerland, who lost points.

On the other hand, the progressive teams of the Republic of Korea, Austria and Australia are hot on the heels of Ukraine.

Some changes have occurred in the top 10. England rose from fourth place to third. Belgium, which follows behind, also moved up one line. The Netherlands team also showed progress. At the same time, Brazil fell from third to fifth position, and Portugal lost one place in a month.

Let us remind you that in November the Ukrainian national team played a draw with Italy (0:0) in a nominally home match and was unable to directly qualify for Euro 2024.

However, the blue-yellows can reach the European championship next year. On March 21, 2024, Ukraine will play a Nations League playoff match for qualifying for Euro 2024 with Bosnia and Herzegovina. The meeting starts at 21:45 Kyiv time.

Note that this match will be an away match for the blue-yellows. If successful, Sergei Rebrov’s team will meet with the winner of the Israel-Iceland confrontation. The final match will be “home” for Ukraine and will take place on March 26.
