The first racket of Ukraine beat Maria from Germany in two sets
The first racket of Ukraine Elina Svitolina continued successful performances at the tournament WTA 1000which passes into Dubai (UAE).
In the second round match, Elina defeated Tatiana Maria from Germany in two sets. The fight lasted one hour and 13 minutes.
The Ukrainian won the first set confidently – 6:3. In the second game, Maria was close to a break with the score 3:4, but did not convert any of her four attempts. The result is again 6:3 and reaching the 1/8 finals, where Svitolina’s opponent will be the winner of the duel Iga Szwiatek (Poland, 1) – Sloane Stephens (USA).
