Dovbik, Yaremchuk and Zinchenko were included in the Ukrainian national team’s squad for the match with Bosnia and Herzegovina, Yarmolenko is not included in the list

The playoff qualifying match for Euro 2024 will take place on March 21

The application became known Ukrainian national team for the match with Bosnia and Herzegovina in the qualifying playoffs European Championship 2024.

The Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine published a list of the official delegation that will go to the fight. The application included Girona forward Artem Dovbik, Valencia forward Roman Yaremchuk, as well as Arsenal defender Alexander Zinchenko, who continues to recover from injury. Note that Dynamo winger Andrei Yarmolenko was not included in the list.

Defenders: Denis Popov, Vladislav Dubinchak, Alexander Karavaev, Alexander Tymchik (Dynamo), Nikolay Matvienko, Efim Konoplya, Valeriy Bondar (Shakhtar), Alexander Svatok (Dnepr-1), Ilya Zabarny (Bournemouth), Vitaly Mykolenko (Everton).

Midfielders: Taras Stepanenko, Georgiy Sudakov, Egor Nazarina, Alexander Zubkov (Shakhtar), Alexander Pikhalenok (Dnepr-1), Viktor Tsygankov (Girona), Sergei Sidorchuk (Westerlo), Ruslan Malinovsky (Genoa), Alexander Zinchenko (Arsenal), Mikhail Mudryk (Chelsea).

Forwards: Daniil Sikan (Shakhtar), Artem Dovbik (Girona), Roman Yaremchuk (Valencia).

Reserve list: Dmitry Riznyk (Shakhtar), Maxim Taloverov (LASK), Vitaly Buyalsky, Nikolay Shaparenko (Dynamo), Nazariy Rusin (Sunderland), Vladislav Vanat (Dynamo).

In the semi-finals of the Euro 2024 qualifying playoffs, Ukraine and Bosnia and Herzegovina will play on March 21 in the city of Zenica, at the Bilino Pole stadium. If successful, Sergei Rebrov’s team will meet with the winner of the Israel-Iceland confrontation. The final match will be a “home” match for the blue-yellows and will take place on March 26.

Euro 2024 will take place in Germany from June 14 to July 14, 2024. The matches of the European Championship will be held in arenas in Berlin, Cologne, Dortmund, Dusseldorf, Frankfurt, Gelsenkirchen, Hamburg, Leipzig, Munich and Stuttgart.
