The Ukrainian misses the next Gunners match
Defender Arsenal Alexander Zinchenko was not included in the team’s application for the match with Sheffield United in the 27th round English Premier League.
Earlier, Gunners head coach Mikel Arteta said that the Ukrainian’s participation in the match would depend on training sessions over the weekend. Alexander himself expressed the hope that he would soon be able to play in order to get in shape for the national team matches.
Let us remember that Zinchenko last appeared on the field in a match with Liverpool in early February. After the game, Gunners head coach Mikel Arteta said that the defender again had problems with his calf muscle.
Arsenal are third in the Premier League with 58 points. Sheffield United are in last place. The away match of the 27th round for the Gunners will start at 22:00.
