The former Timão player is collecting a million-dollar debt relating to image rights that he did not receive during the years 2021 to 2023
Giuliano, player of Santos, charge the Corinthians for a debt of R$1.8 million relating to image rights. The midfielder filed a lawsuit in São Paulo Court to recover the amount that was not paid during the period he defended Timão, between 2021 and 2020. The information was confirmed by GE.
The total would have to have been paid in eight installments of R$213,000, during the period the player was under contract. As the outstanding amount was not settled at the correct time, the amount was adjusted according to inflation and interest.
Midfielder Giuliano took Corinthians to court to charge R$1.8 million for image rights.
The lawsuit was filed last Friday. The club did not pay the athlete eight installments of R$213,000 provided for in the contract.

If Alvinegro does not pay the almost two million reais in three days, the revenue from the transmission contracts will be seized, as will the values explored on the Neo Química Arena advertising boards.
