Athletistic/Football. Today, March 22, the Russian youth team, consisting of players up to 21 years old, played a friendly match against Uruguay U20. The match took place at the Luis Francini stadium in Montevideo. The match ended with the victory of the Russians with a score of 1:0.
The only and decisive goal was scored in the 81st minute from 11 meters by midfielder Dmitry Kuchugura.
As part of the tour to Uruguay, the Russian youth team will play two more matches. The next one will take place on March 23 against Nacional U21. The third match is scheduled for March 25, when Russian footballers will meet Montevideo City Torque U21.
