Agent Artem Dovbik responded to insinuations from lawyer Evgeny Kuzmin
Alexey Lyundovsky replied to the site Sports Arena on insinuations from the lawyer Evgenia Kuzmina, emphasizing that he was sending the case materials to the court.
Today, the Sport Arena website published an article with accusations against the Ukrainian football agent Alexei Lyundovsky by lawyer Kuzmin. We contacted Lyundovsky for comment, and he sent his response to the site:
“In fact, there will be a case of extortion on the part of this lawyer, who sent me letters with financial demands without any legal basis, and, having failed to achieve his criminal goal, began to mislead the public with unreliable facts that do not have any confirmation. Two weeks after the previous publication of material with accusations against me, which was posted by another resource, not a single fact of any violations was confirmed in Spain, and SK Dnepr-1 confirmed that Artem’s transfer [Довбика] was carried out in accordance with football laws.”
“The matter I’m talking about is already in the hands of law enforcement agencies, who will have to sort it out. They were provided with relevant evidence and documents. I don’t want to speak out on this topic anymore because it’s not worth it. All other comments will be made after the trial.”
