He will most likely be replaced by Lopetegui
West Ham officially announced that he will part ways with his head coach at the end of the season David Moyes. The parties by mutual agreement decided not to renew the contract, which expires on June 30.
Moyes, 61, has been in charge of the Hammers since December 2019. He previously coached West Ham in the 2017/18 season and previously worked with Real Sociedad (2014/15), Manchester United (2013/14), Everton (2002–2013) and Preston (1998–1992).
The London club, led by the Scot, won 102 victories in 228 matches and won the 2022/23 Conference League. Apparently, next season the team will be led by Spaniard Julen Lopetegui, who has already agreed on a contract with the Hammers.
West Ham are in ninth place in the Premier League. In the last round, Moyes’ team received a painful defeat from Chelsea with a score of 0:5. The Hammers will play their next match on May 11 against Luton Town.
