Athletistic/Football. Agent Goran Lovre, who represents the interests of Vojvodina attacking midfielder Dejan Zukic, said that new CSKA head coach Marko Nikolic blocked the Serbian player’s transfer to the Moscow club.

It was previously reported that CSKA agreed to the terms of the transfer of the 23-year-old footballer, who was seen by the coach of the military team Alan Dzagoev during the Serbian Cup final against Red Star (1 :2).

“I can confirm that we had an offer from Belgium and that the negotiations were in the final stages. But then CSKA contacted us and negotiations with the Belgian club were suspended. Dejan immediately wanted to join CSKA, the deal was almost done and the club offered 1.2 million euros to Vojvodina. However, the Moscow club’s new head coach Marko Nikolic blocked the transfer, saying Dejan was not progressing. But this is not the case, because the statistics say the opposite: he had his best season, scoring 12 goals and giving seven assists,” quotes the agent from Match TV.
