Krivoy Rog club has decided on two more opponents for the Slovenian training camp
Krivbass named two more opponents at the training camp in the Slovenian city of Brezice, which starts today, July 4.
On July 20, Yuriy Vernidub’s team will play against the representative of the UAE championship, Al-Batai. In their national championship, the team of Croatian specialist Goran Tomic finished last season in 7th place.
On July 23, Kryvbas will play against Turkish Rizespor, which finished 9th in the standings in the last Turkish championship. This friendly will be the final one for the Kryvyi Rih club at the training camp in Slovenia.
Yesterday, Krivbas spent three hours waiting for a flight due to a false bomb threat at the Chisinau airport. The team missed their next flight and was forced to make an unscheduled overnight stop in Istanbul.
At the end of June, Kryvbas beat Ingulets (3:1) in their first sparring of the off-season. As for the training camp in Slovenia, three sparrings were previously reported: July 6 against Dinamo Bucharest, July 13 against Sabah from Azerbaijan, and July 17 against Dinamo Zagreb.
Kryvbas took third place in the UPL last season. In the first round of the 2024/25 UPL, the Kryvyi Rih team will play against Chornomorets. The base date of the starting round is August 3.
