Athletistic / Football. Uruguay national team head coach Marcelo Bielsa spoke about the fight between his players and the fans of the Colombian national team after the semi-final of the Copa America 2024. The match ended in a defeat for the Uruguayans with a score of 0:1.
“It seemed to me that the incident ended with an argument between the players in the middle of the pitch. When I saw that, I simply went to the locker room. At that moment, I thought that my players had simply gone to thank the fans for their support. However, I then discovered that, unfortunately, there were some problems,” Bielsa said, as quoted by ESPN.
