Victoria showed the 18th result after two swims
Ukrainian sportswoman Victoria Us reached the semi-finals of the competition Women’s Canoe Slalom on single kayaks Olympic Games 2024 in Paris.
In the first swim, Victoria showed a time of 100.42. In the second, she managed to improve the result to 98.65. With the eighteenth result, the Ukrainian made it to the semi-finals of the competition, which, like the final, will take place tomorrow, July 28. The best time based on the results of both swims was demonstrated by Australian Jessica Fox.
At the previous Tokyo Olympics, Us placed seventh in the canoe slalom and eighth in the canoe single slalom. Fox has three Olympic medals under her belt, including gold in Tokyo.
The 2024 Summer Olympics will end on August 11. The competitions will feature 329 sets of awards in 32 sports. Ukraine is represented in Paris by 140 athletes in 23 sports – this is the smallest representation of the blue and yellow during the Olympics.
