Team Great Britain wins 4x200m freestyle relay at 2024 Olympics (video)

The US team won silver, while the Australian team won bronze.

On Olympics 2024 took place in Paris Men’s 4×200 Relay m freestyle.

The team won gold medals Great Britain The British team, comprising James Guy, Thomas Dean, Matthew Richards and Duncan Scott, won the 4x200m freestyle relay for the second time in a row.

Great Britain finished more than a second ahead of the US team, with Australia taking bronze.

Interestingly, the world record for this distance has stood since 2009, when the American team showed a result of 6:58.55.

Today at the 2024 Games, new Olympic records were set in the men’s 800m freestyle (Ireland’s Daniel Wiffen beat Ukraine’s Mykhailo Romanchuk) and in the women’s 100m backstroke (Australia’s Kayleigh McKeown improved her own record).
