The agreement with the Croatian specialist runs until the end of this season.
Juric’s last job was Turin, where he coached from 2021 to 2024. Previously, the specialist also worked at Mantova, Crotone, Genoa and Verona.
On Wednesday, Roma announced the resignation of coach Daniele De Rossi. The 41-year-old former Roma footballer has been in charge of the team since January 2024. Last season, under his leadership, Roma finished sixth in Serie A and reached the semi-finals of the Europa League.
In the first four rounds of the Italian Championship, Roma, under De Rossi, have not won a single match, drawing three times and losing once. The team is in 16th place in the Serie A standings with three points.
