The group stage of the tournament will end today.
On Sunday, September 22, Uzbekistan will host the final matches of the group stage in groups E and F at Futsal World Championship.
In Group E, the Portuguese team easily defeated the Moroccan team 4:1, and in another match, Panama outshot Tajikistan 8:3. The Portuguese and Moroccans are guaranteed to advance to the playoffs of the tournament.
Group F will feature Venezuela vs. Guatemala and France vs. Iran
Let us recall that the Ukrainian team won against Afghanistan (4:1) and took second place in Group C. In the 1/8 finals, Oleksandr Kosenko’s team will play against the Netherlands. The match is scheduled for September 24.
The FIFA Futsal World Cup will be held from September 14 to October 6, 2024 in Uzbekistan in the cities of Tashkent, Andijan and Bukhara.
