Mykolenko Club has changed hands

The owners of Liverpool Everton have agreed to sell the club to the owners of Italian Roma.

Everton released a statement announcing the upcoming change of owners.

The Friedkin Group has agreed with Farhad Moshiri to take a majority stake in Blue Heaven Holdings in the Merseyside club, it was announced on the Toffees’ official website.

For the sale to officially go ahead, it must be approved by regulators, including the English Premier League, the Football Association and the Financial Conduct Authority.

We are delighted to have reached an agreement to become the custodian of this iconic football club. We are committed to obtaining the necessary approvals to complete the agreement.

We hope to ensure the stability of the club and share our vision for its future, including the completion of the new stadium Everton at Bremley-Moore Dock,” the Friedkin Group said in a statement.

According to foreign media reports, the acquisition of 94% of the shares will cost the new owners 400-500 million pounds.

The Friedkin Group, known to the Friedkin family, is Italian owned Romewhere Artem Dovbik stands. So, the clubs of Dovbik and Vitaly Mykolenko will have the same owners.
