Former CSKA footballer Georgy Milanov named the funniest player of the Moscow team.
The Bulgarian national team midfielder left the military club in 2018.
— There were many, many good memories. Now, of course, it is difficult to remember everything. I remember that it was always very noisy on the plane when we left and flew to Moscow. We often played cards with Russian footballers, with whom I communicated more. Well, the funniest in CSKA was Kirill Nababkin. He was constantly joking. It was fun!
Did you drink beer after the victories? I don’t want to abandon my former partners. (Laughs). Of course, when you win, everything happens. And we have won many times. But personally, I don’t drink alcohol at all. “I have never drunk,” Milanov told RB Sport.
Milanov spent five years at CSKA, during which he made 147 appearances and scored six goals.
