In the voting, Vladimir Brazhko beat Alexander Nazarenko, Alexey Gutsulyak and Artem Bondarenko
Midfielder Dynamo Vladimir Brazhko recognized as the best player of September in UPL.
The 22-year-old white-blue midfielder received 39.6% of the vote, beating Polesie wingers Oleksandr Nazarenko (32.3%), Oleksiy Gutsulyak (19.6%) and Shakhtar midfielder Artem Bondarenko (8.5%).
Throughout September, Brazhko played 5 matches in the UPL, scoring a fantastic goal almost from the center of the field against the Left Bank (3:0).
The best coach of September in the UPL was recognized as Polesie coach Imad Ashur, who received 41.6% of the votes. The coach of the Zhytomyr club beat out in the voting Alexander Shovkovsky from Dynamo (35.6%), Ruslan Rotan from Alexandria (17.8%) and Sergei Shishchenko from Obolon (5%).
Under the leadership of Ashur, Polesie is now in second place in the UPL standings, two points behind the leading Dynamo. Throughout September, the Zhytomyr team beat Veres (2:1), Karpaty (3:1), and also played a draw with LNZ (1:1).
Let us remind you that Polesie winger Alexander Nazarenko and Alexandria head coach Ruslan Rotan were recognized as the best in the UPL in August.
