The player had problems with his right hamstring
Midfielder Barcelona’s Dani Olmo returned to the general group of the Catalan club.
The 26-year-old missed a long spell with a right hamstring problem. Let us remind you that earlier the midfielder was injured in the match between the Spanish national team and Serbia (0:0) in the Nations League. For this reason, Olmo did not take part in the next match of Furia Roja – against Switzerland. But a week later, Dani was already playing (and scoring) in the away match of Examples against Girona (4:1).
Olmo became the European champion this summer as part of the Spanish national team. Having moved from Leipzig to Barcelona, the attacking midfielder has made a strong start to the season, scoring in each of his first three matches (the first of this kind for a Blue Garnet newcomer since 2011).
Barcelona leads La Liga, three points ahead of Real Madrid. In the next match, Hans-Dieter Flick’s team will host Sevilla on October 20.
