Lawyer Dobrovinsky: “Mikhail Efremov disputed the fact that I came to court in a Dynamo mask”

Lawyer and fan “Dynamo” Alexander Dobrovinsky in an interview with he stated that he did not want to provoke the fan “Spartacus” Mikhail Efremov, when he appeared in court in a “blue and white” mask, but the artist still perceived the situation with a challenge.

The trial against artist and Spartak supporter Efremov, found guilty of a fatal accident, took place in 2020, at the height of the Covid-19 pandemic. Dobrovinsky represented the interests of the injured party.

— You say that you respect the fans of all teams, but at the same time you came to the trials against the Spartak fan Efremov wearing a Dynamo mask. Wasn’t it some kind of game with him?

– No, I wore it because I was going to the stadium, I didn’t have another mask. Mikhail really took this as a challenge. It’s his personal business. He was very sensitive to the fact that the other party was represented by lawyer Dobrovinsky. I would like to note that in the last word before the announcement of the verdict, where people usually repent and talk about themselves, Efremov talked about me. I didn’t know he supported Spartak until he said it himself in court.

The man simply slept through the trial! When they asked me how Efremov reacted to the trial, I replied that he sat down and groaned. The next day, Mikhail stood up and asked the judge not to talk about him like that, because he is a Spartak fan. That’s how I discovered it. Otherwise, Efremov never interested me.

— So you put on the Dynamo mask before discovering that Efremov was a fan of the “red-whites”?

– Yes. I had absolutely no idea. The letter “D” is on my hats, my last name starts with it, I train in “Dynamo” T-shirts. I love this letter, and “Dynamo” is something sacred to me. It had little to do with Efremov.

— Efremov’s possible parole is currently under discussion.

– I am not his fate. I did a great job on this based on everyone’s feedback. I completely destroyed, destroyed his defense. Then my work ended, and the question of whether he will be released on parole is secondary to me, I continued.

– Do you think he repented?

“It’s not up to me to decide, nor to my diocese.” I have a lot of interesting things to do now: the Abramovs’ divorce with division of property, my eternal wonderful client Philip Kirkorov, several ongoing courts abroad. We are constantly working on 50 different cases in our office. “Following Mikhail Olegovich is not my thing,” Dobrovinsky told .
