The updated ranking of the best tennis players in the world has become known from Women’s Tennis Association (WTA).
The first racket of Ukraine remains Marta Kostyukwhich retained 18th place. Two other Ukrainian tennis players immediately rose to four positions in the ranking: Elina Svitolina is now in 23rd place, and Lesya Tsurenko – on the 118th. It is also worth noting the progress Daria Snigurwhich rose from 158th place to 141st.
Barbora Krejcikova entered the top 10 of the ranking, and Zheng Qingwen, a finalist of the WTA Final Tournament, also rose to 5th place.
