Unai Melgosa’s team will hold sparring matches with Portugal and Italy
Ukraine U-21 national team holds a training camp in the Portuguese city of Alverca do Ribatejo, part of the Lisbon district.
The blue-yellows will hold two meetings in November. On November 15, Melgosa’s team will compete with Portugal. The fight will take place in Alverque do Ribatejo, which is part of the Lisbon district. The game starts at 19:30 Kyiv time.
On November 19, Unai’s team will have another sparring match – she will meet with Italy U-21. The meeting will take place at the home stadium of Spezia Alberto Picco (start – 19:15 Kyiv time).
It was previously reported that the coach of the Ukrainian U-21 national team wants to review potential candidates at the November training camp. The emphasis will be on players born in 2004 and 2005.
The Ukrainian U-21 national team confidently passed the qualification stage for Euro 2025. She won eight starting matches, after which in October she made two misfires against England (1:2) and Serbia (0:1).
The final tournament of the Youth Euro 2025 will take place from June 12 to July 5, 2025 in Slovakia.
