Athletistic/ Football. Bayern Munich sporting director Hasan Salihamidzic has commented on reports that the German club are interested in Tottenham striker Harry Kane.

“I haven’t had contact with anyone in Kane’s camp. We have confidence in our players. We have eight players in four positions,” Salihamidzic said.

For the first time, rumors of Bayern’s interest in Kane emerged at the start of the summer, when it was announced that Bayern were planning to sign an England striker to replace Robert Lewandowski, who had traveled to the Catalan Barcelona. As the summer transfer window closed, reports began to surface that Bayern were interested in signing Kane in the summer of 2023.

Harry Kane graduated from the Tottenham Hotspur Football Academy. Kane became a first team player from the 2010/2011 season, but from 2011 to 2013 he played on loan at Leyton Orient (January-May 2011), Millwall (January-April 2012- GB), Norwich (September 2012 – January 2013) and Leicester (February – May 2013). Kane made 393 appearances for Tottenham, scoring 253 goals and providing 60 assists in all competitions.
