Ferrari drivers were at the top of protocol for the second training session and are optimistic about the rest of the weekend…
Charles Leclerc (1st): “It’s great to see so many people in the stands on Friday. I’m looking forward to the next two days and hope to get a good result for the tifosi.
The car was consistently fast, we did a lot of laps. There is still some work to be done on the balance, but in general everything is fine. Now we have to make the usual progress between Friday and Saturday.
Carlos Sainz (2nd): “Positive day. We’ve done a good job completing the whole program. The circuit in Monaco places a lot of demands on the car and the skill of the driver, it is very interesting to race here.
Judging by Friday’s results, the battle in qualifying will be tense, but for now we are happy with the work done and the progress on each drive to the track. It remains to clarify some details and find the perfect balance for tomorrow’s qualifying.”
