Fernando Alonso set the third fastest time in the second practice session of the Monaco Grand Prix. After the session, the Aston Martin driver was silent and briefly commented on his result.
Teammate Lance Stroll also finished the day in the top ten with the seventh fastest time.
Fernando Alonso (3rd): “It’s good that we were able to spend some time on the track today for tomorrow’s qualifying. In the evening my team and I will analyze all the information collected and see what we can do in qualifying.”
Lance walk (7th): “I was able to do some good laps in the training. We will spend Friday evening studying the information we have gathered and trying to make the best of what we have.
I’m looking forward to qualifying. Driving in Monaco is always fun and the challenge comes down to finding the limit. Qualifying in Monaco is usually exciting, so we’ll see what we can do.”
