Famous Finnish neurosurgeon Jussi Posti noted that Schumacher is probably still in a difficult situation and has probably not seen any improvement.
“Based on the information available about Michael Schumacher, we can conclude that his condition remains as serious as before. Most bedridden patients eventually become immobile and very vulnerable. It is almost impossible to return a person to a normal state after 11 years in this state. This is why I don’t believe that Schumacher has improved. On average, patients have two years to recover, after which their condition no longer changes,” Iltalehti quoted Posti as saying.
