“He will break that record again. Even when he is over 40, he will still score at least 20 goals. A person has a gift for scoring.
I know Sasha communicates well with Gretzky. We also joked that Wayne would pay the teams we play with and skate with them so no one beats his record,” Kuznetsov said.
Ovechkin now has 788 goals. Gretzky scored 894 goals during his NHL career.
