Forward Sokola Babinets became the top scorer in the history of the Ukrainian ice hockey championships

Forward of the Kyiv Sokol Sergey Babinets topped the list of scorers in the history of Ukrainian ice hockey championships.

An abandoned puck and two assists by Babinets in the match with the Legion (5:2) allowed the 35-year-old hockey player to single-handedly lead the rating. On his account – 469 points in the “goal + pass” system.

At the same time, Babinets is also the leader in the ranking of snipers in the championships of Ukraine (195 goals). The only indicator by which the striker is not the first is the list of assistants, in which Babinets shares the first place with Nikita Butsenko. Both players have 274 assists each.
